The Breakdown of Geographically Tied Infrastructures
With globalization a breakdown occurred in geographically tied infrastructures, no longer could nation-state check and balance systems regulate transactions, communications and various other activities crossing borders at millisecond speeds every day. This has in effect thrown the world into a transformative phase.

is designed to address the time in human history between 1995 and 2025
that represents a 30 year transitional time period from a
geographically isolated nation states paradigm to providing a global
solution model. It addresses the reasons why the old infrastructure
models, jurisdictional capability, accountability models and check and
balance system that have historically been in place and used to varying
degrees of success looking back across a number of centuries can no
longer function well in a flattened and globalized world.
It stipulates that the world is in transformation and is moving from this old infrastructure model to a new one. And, that this transformation is non-coincidently running parallel to the introduction of the world flattening web 1.0 which was the dying or destructive phase in the transformational process of Life, Death, Neutral Zone, Rebirth. It Identifies the W3, Web 3.0, 3rd Layer as the basis for putting a new globally accessible and usable infrastructure model in place; one that is based on a new kind of meta-level governance model and is set forth in the Global Solution Model offered by Rational Data International and the Virtual Global Nation.
It covers the current “State of the World” issues from the planets carrying capacity to world hunger, and energy security, it provides an explanation of the global solution model and new infrastructure model.
These in turn address specific issues that include such items as: the global economy, currency stability, safe haven assets, currency valuation, and valuation of digital property as a new global land standard. The digital property centric economy forms a basis for the bringing together of the collective knowledge, wisdom, experience, and understanding of a global population in 2D and 3D collaborative spaces that form the foundation for a new central organizing principle, and means of production. This in turn equates to Factor of Life (FOL) and Self Emancipation Capabilities (SEC) as a least common denominator equivalency to valuing currency, business processes and provides a new currency standard.
